I've been playing a game as France and went down "The Legitimate Heir" path. I helped the Carlists win the Civil War and then annexed them with "Unite the Crowns", which makes all cores of Carlist Spain into my own cores. This is great! Except that Carlist Spain hadn't finished re-integrating Spain and so I only have cores on parts of Spain with no way of re-integrating them myself. This also means that large portions of Spain actually now have no cores for any country.
Possible fix: In the SPR_eliminate_guerillas decision, add has_cosmetic_tag = FRANCO_SPAIN as an OR option under the target_trigger section.
I have included my save in case you wished to look at this situation. (Ironman, only mod is a personal music pack.)
EDIT: - I realized after posting that I probably should have put this under the Suggestions forum section, but I can't seem to figure out how to delete this post.
