I just wanted to bring up the topic of core shields in general. There seems to be a few conflicting things.
First, The USSR. The USSR has core sheilds on all (Except for one), of its provinces. Yet the following don't,

even though they are just about as legitmate as the USSR's claims were. China is missing shields over Tibet and Sinkiang, Yugoslavia over Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, and basically all places except for Serbia/Montenegro, while Afghanistan starts out with no cores on its provinces. I think that it should be done one way or the other, either the nations get cores on all their owned provinces (like the USSR or Czeckoslovakia) or give them cores of
only provinces that make up the homeland of the ruling class (like Yugoslavia).
Also, a few other core things --
Peru has more of a claim to Pastaza and Mirim than Columbia and Brazil, respectively?
The United States has a core on Bermuda?
Edited : Part 2. Comp crash.
Small Nations
The following nations are in the game :- Singapore
- Brunei
- Djibouti (I think)
They all take up much less than a quarter of their provinces in the game. While, these following small nations aren't in :- Qatar
- Belize
- Either El Salvador or Costa Rica
Belize in particular takes up a much larger % of the province than the other 4.
