Hi,

I bought and installed HO2 DD , then Armageddon. Then I installed Beta 1.3 v2 patch from the forum.

However Armageddon didn't create a new folder, it seemed to just update the game in the folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Doomsday

When I load the game though I get an Armageddon name on the start screen so I think Armagedd on correctly installed even though no separate Armageddon folder was created?

Now when I install CORE it asks to create a new folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Armageddon

Should I already have an Armageddon folder or is CORE intended to create a separate Armageddon folder?

Because you upgraded from DD to Armageddon, you will need to change the install path for CORE to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Interactive\Doomsday" folder you mentioned.

CORE uses the mod-dir functionality, so you won't be affecting your vanilla game. It does install a few dummy files into the vanilla folder, to allow the proper files to be picked up in the CORE folder.

The reason the installer asks whether it should create a new folder for CORE is because it shouldn't have to. So like Tim states select the proper directory your ARM install is located, and the installer will do the rest, with all the CORE files being installed into a mod-CORE2 subdirectory.
