Yes hello I got the game steel division normandy 1944 last month when it was having the beta. I've been trying to play the game for the past month. When ever I try to get into the skirmish or into the battlegroups my screen goes black and kicks me out. My laptop says that it had to deny the game to gaining acess to the graphics card. This was surprised me the first time because it wasn't the first time I got a eugen game. I got all three games of wargame on steam. My laptop model is asus and I was recommended to do this be a developer. I had a friend to look at and said that this game was recommended to be played on a desktop So please I need help to understand if I can't play on a laptop.

Hi GokuBlack, can you provide me your DxDiag following these steps :
Press the "Windows" + "R" keys In the prompt, type "dxdiag" Click on "Save all information" at the bottom of the window You will be able to save the ".txt" file and send it to us

Does your computer have a dedicated GPU (nvidia or AMD) ? It seems that your laptop tries to run the game with the integrated graphics card and not the dedicated one. Try to run the configuration panel of your GPU and force Steel Division to use it.
Also, as you are playing on a laptop, make sure your not on battery saving mode which reduce the performance a lot !

No I do not have nvidia or AMD. I had a friend look at the info of the minimum requirements and he said that it won't work on my laptop because like you mentioned it has integrated graphics. Also here is the file you asked of me. Also what do you mean by run my configuration panel of my laptop. Do you mean the pop up that says something like use the last good one yes or no?

If you don't have any dedicated GPU, I think your laptop is not powerful enough to run Steel Division. But on a laptop, in Windows Power Option, you should be able to choose a power plan, as mentionned here : https://www.howtogeek.com/240840/sh...er-or-high-performance-power-plan-on-windows/
Running on high performance sometimes improve the game fps.

You're running on a Celeron N2830 and the corresponding integrated graphics, that is not even close to the minimum requirements.
