Was playing my Byzantium game yesterday and I noticed one thing. I diplovassalized Wallachia and when their time has come I wanted to annex them. Message in windows indicated that their base tax is 18 (despite their both starting provinces sum up to 9). They have ambition that increase coring cost by 100%. Is this coring cost ambition or sth else? Or did I miss something in patch notes :)?
