I have just taken Cordoba from the heathens, and after the war, the province has revolted four times, with a day or two between each revolt, with each revolt being 2000+ strong (more troops than Cordoba could muster alone, far, far more).
I have my marshal suppressing revolts there, and the province display claims there is 0% chance of a revolt...

What gives?

(Oh, and sorry about the pun in the title, I should be PUNished for that, ba-dum-chi!)

Don't you get an event when the rebels spawn? Or have you given the province away to a vassal? It sounds as if you have taken a single province that does not border any other of your provinces. Such provinces are extremely hard to control - and this is the result of it. Easiest way to combat this is to conquer more lands connected to it.

Yes, it is a single province without any friendly border, but 2000+ strong revolts every three days or so is just plain silly.

Is the "every three days" an exaggeration or do this event actually spawn every three days? If so please file a bug report with a save where this happens.
