My question is fairly straightforward, I have not found any specific information regarding what bonuses or effects this agency mission for operatives provides. Other than the standard you get to set up strategic bombing and naval strike plans ahead of time. Is there any other benefit to executing this mission?

When the operation is executed you do X bombing runs (and shore bombardments if I recall) instantly in the targeted state.
