But now something important, how nice are Swedish cookies ?
If you're not german or scandinavian, swedish cookies will be a bit too sweet. But one gets used to it.
Growing up I loved the family Norwegian cookie recipe and use to bake them often, alas I have no idea how they compare to Swedish ones.
I've never noticed Scandinavian cookies being particularly sweet.
They're probably quite similar.
