Converting cultures

I am playing as gallacia and have conquered a lot of land from islam faiths, how can i change their faith fast, since they rise in a large revolt every 2-3 years...
i know we can send archbishop but that takes years for just one county.

Give each county to a different character - every count will have their own bishop that they may set to convert their own county, and every duke above them can have their bishop convert the counties under them. In addition, for your own actions, take the lifestyle perk that disables the fervor penalty to conversion - this should make your own conversion efforts that much faster.

Also, your thread title asks about culture, but given the content of the post itself, I'm going to assume you meant faith there as well.

There is no other way than the bishop and the bishop of your vassals.

If you don't want to play iron man, there is an option to speed up conversion in the game settings (faster conversion and very much faster conversion).

Same for culture.

If you want to use it, is up to you.
