I'm playing as (Bektashi) Ottomans and have conquered Bulgaria, Wallachia and parts of Greece, giving them all to my vassals. After a while, I noticed that none of these provinces were converting. I then used the console to cycle through the county holders. In each case, the court chaplain was milling around doing nothing.
Now, I don't know if the game resets the jobs each one is doing under these circumstances, so that maybe they were all gainfully employed before I took over, but anyway, thought I'd report. Or perhaps it is an issue with the tax benefit? But my normal sunni provinces are converting...
To reproduce: Start as any muslim ruler with a christian county held by a vassal. Play awhile, and check.
And, secondly, when doing this, I fiddled with the conversion chances, so that my tooltip read 100% chance of county conversion. I then played the game to see what would happen. Years pass, and no conversion happens in non-culture provinces. Is the tooltip wrong?
