Converting AAR's to PDF

I'm looking at the possibility of converting some of the top AAR's into PDF's as I want something to read on my kindle. Would people be interested in this? Once a AAR is complete it would be great if people could convert it to a pdf but it does take a bit of work with copy/paste into word... unless someone knows a better way?

The trickiest bit would be the images. I'm not aware of a converter that takes image links and outputs the pictures to pdf, but maybe that function exists in some software.
