Converter not downloading

Now that i have EU IV the CK2 DLC information in my Steam library has the Converter but it doesnt download correctly (on the DLC folder it appears as a 1kb download, that cannot be the full download)
Checked cache already, says game is complete
any ideas?

I preordered EU4 the digital deluxe version about a month ago, but I did not receive the ck2 converter DLC. I did receive the free copy of CK2 and EU4 linked DLCs, but nothing for CK2.

It's not listed in steam's DLC list for CK2, and it's not appearing after verifying the game cache. In game it's completely grayed out, and the DLC file (dlc030.zip) isn't in the folder. It's quite upsetting - as a general principle I never perorder, but broke that rule for PDS. I want what I paid for What do I need to do to get my DLC?

Edit: For those who also have this problem, it was resolved by resetting steam.

THe 1kb thing can absolutely be correct, as the files are already in the patch and thus in your game folder. Look in ck2/common/eu4_converter.

I have the same problem. DLC appears in the launcher; dlc030 is in the DLC folder, but don't have any eu4converter folder in ck2/common. Was the converter in the latest patch? I haven't downloaded the new one yet. I am wondering if that's the issue here.

That's very probably the isssue, yes. The files are in the patch.
