Convert, or Reform?

Romuva Mega-Pruthenia, convert to one of the organized faiths or reform mine? Catholic is out because the Norse have obliterated their MA, but I was thinking.. Baltic Islam. So, what should I do?
EDIT: Also, half the Wendish Empire is slowly becoming Prussian Romuva, I could form it but I like King status for now.

Also, hard to beat those Catholics when they get the Knights of Calatrava (historically a bunch of losers) and holy orders that can become kingdoms. fun fun fun

Romuva is a great one to reform, you will be the only one with it so holy war CB on everyone and your religious head can and does call a Crusade every 30 years. IIRC the religion also gives a solid bonus to heavy inf too making pike retinue even better.

Decisions like these depend on your preferred playing style.

"Reform your Pagan Faith" - if you prefer conquest sprees and don't like external diplomacy, Reform
"Convert to Christianity" - If you like more relaxed game style where you don't conquer much (with Crusades feeding you when you become hungry) and like hanging with other realms, convert to Christianity
"Convert to Islam" - very good for conquerors, but may need patience for stuff like decadence

Unless you can grab a Zoroastrian missionary or concubine, always reform. I mean, if you can't reduce Abrahamic religion to just a phase humanity was going through, what's the point?
