This is incredibly annoying. I keep getting these "Convert (country)" missions, which pretty much require declaring war (if you want to fulfill them), and every single instance of this mission I have ever received has been on a vassal of mine.

I don't want to declare war on my vassal.

Is this supposed to happen? Should this mission come up for vassals? Does it only come up for vassals? Like I said, it's incredibly annoying; even more annoying than "Colonize (wasteland)".

Why not add an "ask for conversion" Diplomatic option for Vassals? -.- (I tried Diplo Annexing but this made the Mission fail o.c. ... )

I'd say this would be a good idea. It's already an option in the HRE for the emperor to convert members so I doubt it would be too difficult to implement for vassals. Of course the other simpler fix for this would be to simply not allow the mission on vassals.
