Why is it difficult for pagans to be able to spread their reformed faith? They can't send out their seers to preach in foreign courts, though I've been told that it would make sense because that is a more Christian/Muslim thing.

I know that you can convert to your wife's or concubine's religion if you are an unreformed pagan, but that only seems to work with the "already established" religions. Why can't I, playing as the King of Poland for example, not convert to reformed Romuva from my concubine's religion if she has it?

I also think, based off of the legend of Vladimir the Great, there should be a intrigue event costing about 1000 - 2000 prestige and religion that invites representatives from different religions (Any that aren't considered too far away to interact with) to your court and gives you the spiel about what they're about. You can then freely choose any of them (Judaism, Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and any of the reformed pagan faiths in the area) and you and all vassals with a positive of say 50 or higher convert and those between 25 and 50 don't convert but gain the Sympathy for ____ Trait that is relevant to hat their liege switched to. Everyone else can hate him more like normal.

Because pagan religions were so closely tied to the culture that they were basically synonymous for them. It is already a bit of a stretch that pagans can convert people from the other culture groups at all.

Yes, but we know that pagan leaders, most notably in Rus and Poland, switched to organized faiths. I just feel that even if you can't send your court chaplain to proselytize, there should be a few other options other than war to spread your shiny new reformed pagan faith.
