As the Prussians, I declared war on Russia when the French did. I am not in a coalition. The French started a siege of Kovno, and I joined it. The French troops left leaving me sieging it on my own. I was allowed to assault the fort as the siege leader and took the province. It is hatched in my color.
But it has zero supply, and when I tried to build a depot there, it says I must control the province to build there. My army is out of supply standing there. I own adjacent provinces which are supplied with no enemy forts adjacent to them and my army is standing in Kovno, so no other fort adjacent to it can stop supply from getting into that province.
How can it be taken by me, colored in my national, yet not have supply when it is connected to Berlin? Does it have something to do with Kovno being a supply source itself? Does that mean it is in a different supply area? It should not be, because it should still be one big supply area as it is not separated from Berlin. And even if it is considered a separate supply area, it is the source itself, so should produce some supply.
Is this a bug? Help!
