I don't actually have it, but a forumer named Carlstadt Boy does as far as I know.Not quite sure where it'll fit in with your version of the British Empire, but it's definately looking into, even if just for the first version. It included acurate army postioning/names, a historical mix of real, IRL scuttled and fictional ships to the RN to give it more of a historical feel over the WWI influenced Vanilla fleet. But, then like I said, you'll have to contact Carlstadt Boy if you want it.

What about just making the slightest change in its name? To replace "That" with "A". A War That Never Was. It shows the continuity and at the same time symbolizes it's not the same project.

Some small words of advice when it comes to "events":
1. If you want long event descriptions, put them in a config file (i.e. event_txt.csv) in order to have them show up correctly in game (don't know the limit but think it's something like a 500 character limit to writing the event_desc directly into the event". Instead, write EVENT_XXX_DESC and have it corresponded to EVENT_XXX_DESC in event_text.csv
2. Try to make the action_X as short as possible. Those you did now (action_d atleast) won't show up in it's full and that's a shame but not so much to do anything about..

Those other names are actually names of versions:
version 0.2 would be "War in the Garden of Eden"
version 0.4 would be "The Edge of the Cloud""
version 0.6 would be "Some Desperate Glory"
version 0.8 would be "The Eye in the Door"
version 1.0 would be "Shape of things to come"
but we have long way until 1.0.
0.2 would be less or more an patched and upgraded PTEAP 0.62
For those that are curious 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, shall be bugfixes
