The Changeling
The culturally specific fey folk (elves, spirits, whatever) stole the character's real heir at birth and left an imposter of magical origin in its place. Eventually, it becomes apparent that the kid's not normal. What do you do about it?

This event is a new random child-rearing event that has a chance of happening when:
* a pagan character is mentoring his/her own child as heir
* the pagan character has a respectable level of prestige, wealth, and/or titles, enough to convince the faeries that pulling this prank would have hilarious consequences for mortals
