Was just perusing the wiki to check up on some stuff and found there's an anti hegemon CB with the following: 75% AE, 75% warscore cost, and 0% dip cost on cede province.
If hegemons werent just a late game WC thing I think this would actually be a really good CB for getting more dynamic states rather than just continuously growing blobs. Relying on hegemony status rather than the hardcap 50+ AE as in eu4 coalitions also means the player has more agency in when they want to strike.
What do other people think about either this cb, or hegemony status being more common in normal gameplay
