Constant sign ins for website and forum?

I keep thinking this is going to be solved and perhaps I am doing something wrong ....

I am endlessly having to re-sign in to the website and forums. This, even though I always check the keep me signed in box. Perhaps I am doing something wrong......

I go to the main paradox site. Most times I need to re-sign in. Sometimes if I have accessed the main site that day I won't have to sign in.

Then I go to the forums. There I almost always have to re-sign in. It is the same account. My user id is the same.

I thought changes were made to make this seamless? At a minimum, if I am signed into the main site why do I have to sign in to the forums.

It's rather annoying.....

i wouldn't call that constant but once or twice a week the system disconnect me as well , i'm interested in this

There have been reports on difficulties to remain logged in on mobile devices somehow.

Also, when logging on to the forum on a device (computer or mobile), it appears to log you off on other devices.

Hello COSIAN, this is a kind of problem I am somewhat familiar to, at least in computer browsers. It usually happens when your browser is unable to keep or clears your current session information. The way to configure this may vary depending on the OS and browser being used, but please check for the following items:

• Make sure that your browser is set to allow cookies
• Check that do not track feature is off (This is often applicable to Google Chrome, Opera and Safari browsers)
  
• Make sure that your browser is not set to clear its cache each time it is closed/re-open. (For example, Firefox will do this if you set it to never save browsing history)
  
• Browser has no Anti-Virus related add-ons installed/enabled (some tamper with your cache and cookies)
  
• Check for cleaner tools that could be deleting your cached credentials and cookies (such as CCleaner)
