I'm not sure if this is a common bug, but ever since I've created my Kingdom I've found that I keep getting the option to hold a Grand Tournament even when I've already held one.

Yeah, this started with Rajas of India. It would be nice to know if the new beta patch fixed it.
Yes, a known issue that came with Rajas. It should be fixed in the open Beta patch though (which you can opt into by using Steam if you want).
