Constant game CTDs. Please help.

I am unable to locate a single thing that appears to be causing the issue. I can generally make it no further than a year at a time (sometimes less) before it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted all local files and reinstalled, rebooted etc. Please see the attached settings,savegame and dxdiag. I greatly appreciate any assistance.

Edit:Removed attachments since issue is resolved.

If you are on the current patch 2.2.1 you need to opt into the current beta patch 2.2.1.1 , which has many crash fixes in it. This is done in the Steam beta tab.
