I made this post because i think that the consort's personality should affect your country even if they are not leading it currently, for example in this game as the French i have a consort that has the fertile personality (which gives +50% chance of a new heir) but it does not effect my chance to get an heir, which in my humble opinion doesn't make sense. I think that making the consorts personality affect your country would be a nice addition to the game! Keep in mind that the consort can only have one personality ( If he's not leading a realm ).

P.S: If someone knows about a mod that makes this happen, can you please write the name of it in the replies? I would really appreciate it!

Agreed, this would be very nice. It wouldn't be unduly powerful either, as Consorts could quite easily wind up cancelling out or compounding negative monarch traits. Which, incidentally, would make the Anglican turbodivorce option useful for something other than memes and that one achievement, and make you consider divorce events more carefully when they pop up.

Not to mention that some monarchs would IRL listen to their consorts more than their actual ministers/advisors. Consorts should have level of influence on the administration of the nation. I like this idea alot because it would make sense that a fertile consort would be very advantagous, because the question of an heir wouldn't be an 'if' but would become a 'when' question. Likewise, a bad monarch could be cancelled out by a relatively good consort, while vice versa.

I would love to have this in game, the only real downside that I see could be that it will make republics more unattractive. Maybe make the consort personalities have half the effect ( Just => 1 national unrest instead of 2, Sinner => -1 tolerance of the true faith , ... ) and when regency happens give the full effect. Its kinda weird for fertile tho :).
