To access the Pre-order DLC, you have to use your GamersGate account in the In-Game store to login and download.

In fact it was just removed from the "my games" list on gamersgate!

You need to activate them in the ingame DLC manager.
Use your GG accoun to log in and you can dl them and buy new ones for blue coin. Tehre are two new music packs avalible for 3K each.
