On roads there needs to be a better way to move traffic, such as setting lanes for turning or straight through.
Also on something like the monorail, if you have a one way monorail than you should be able to use both sides of the platform rather than just one. I'm sure people can come up with more traffic controls than that but those are two basics that we need to make the game flow better. There is an add-on for the PC version that does such, so it's only fitting that we are able to do such on consoles.
