I will just say this that I have the following DLC's:

1. When will console get an update?
I'm pretty sure were stuck on 3.4
2. When starting a new empire what is the best course of action?
(I usually build 2 science ships and get the research speed first then build up my stock/prep to eventually expand to other solar systems and inhabit other planets)
3. What is more important for starbase slots (Frontlines/Behind frontlines)?
(Early/Mid/Late)
I usually make at least one ship yard, one anchorage minimum and at least one hydroponics farm for that extra food although this is mainly late early game.
4. Best ascension perks?
I have heard psionic is good.
All help is appreciated, I've been watching some guides/tips on YouTube and they've helped a little bit in some situations but also been talking in discords.
