I don't know if this is a PC specific form so sorry in advance if it doesnt fit, but I can't seem to get any answers anywhere else.
Whenever I go into a war with an impose ideology wargoal when I end the war with a complete surrender, having captured all their planets and systems, the empires ethos, civics, and leader are the same. The only work around this problem I can find is when I settle for a status quo (but I obviously still have to deal with original empire in some of their own systems and planets. Is there a workaround this, or something I can do to reliably get an empire with my ethos and civics? Thanks!
