Console commands?

Hi, i accidently gave myself 300K instead of 30K with the console ( since by forgetting a unit trapped after war went to 0 after a war and got coalitioned as a result) . Is there any eay to decrease manpower from console?

"manpower -X" where X is the amount you want to reduce it by will work.
