Btw, there is bug where 'scripted' leaders starting with background traits (like Manstein being Brilliant Strategist) don't have increased stats according to their backgrounds. (Manstein should have +1 Attack and +1 Planning, otherwise, he is 2 points behind 'randomly generated leaders with same trait).
One way is of course to go through database and script them to include those extra stat points, however if you would decided to rebalance traits, it would just be additional problem. So is it possible to fix that those background traits increasing stats work also for pre-generated leaders?
