To a degree. I don't have the DLC (Way of life), but by what i read, even despite all the changes, mods are stil recommended.
The mods are on the Steam Workshop.

Its not that the AI picks seduction more, atleast from what I have noticed. Just that itasway easier to notice an AI with 15 children and an unfaithful queen than it is to notice all those characters building cheap castles, trying to catch the white stag or carousing.

Yes, to an extent, however my point was that even if you abstain from seduction focus, if the rng gods don't favor you, some of your vassals will take the focus and you might end up with unwanted children

It's much better than it used to be, but it still happens sometime that you get to raise another man's children. I'd normally say it's not a big deal, but that might be different for someone with OCD.
