consistent crash at treaty of jayapura event

Im playing an unmodded non historical game. Everytime I get this event popup that has to do with the dutch at war with someone else the game crashes. is there any workaround because this is my attempt to play as south africa and capture london. and i would really rather not do it a 4th time.

The only DLC i have is together for victory. Here is my save file. To reproduce just let the game run until feb 3rd or so and the event will popup.

Hi I have the same issue like this one. Is it solved yet? I tried every troubleshooting things like lower resolution, verify game files and stuffs but it still crashes after the Treaty of Jayapura event. I have no mods and only Together for Victory DLC.

Hi guys I have submitted the same bug report as well a few days ago and I have the save file and crash dump files uploaded if it helps you guys more. Well at least I know I'm not crazy now. I have played up to this point twice now with the exact same results. At least with this forum I am not insanely frustrated anymore and I'm sure a fix will be forthcoming with the next update.
