As the elected Party Deputy Chairman has been absent for a while and his election to Deputy was never confirmed or accepted by himself, Brigadier General Haynes - Party Chairman, offered the position of Deputy Chairman to Professor Pierre G. Talbott, this decision was comfirmed by the other members of the Conservative Coalition, Professor Pierre G. Talbott accepted the position of Deputy Chairman.

The NPP has, with the departure of Charles Morgan, elected to re-form into a more centrist party along our Moderate Party roots. We are small, but we are experienced and dedicated. In the coming election, we will not be running a presidential candidate, so we are looking to join into an alliance or coalition with one of the larger blocs who is. As such, we would like to discuss the terms of a possible coalition with the CC.
We are extending the same offer to the DA and will, in the end, go with the choice that is most in tune with our principles and will allow us to work in the best capacities for our country. If this election breaks down the way we expect it to, every vote will be important. I hope you will consider this offer, as our members have enjoyed working with yours in the past and would like to continue to do so.

Especially considering the relatively new voting laws that allow for instant runoffs, the Conservative Coalition, after carefully weighing your offer, does not wish to endorse your candidacy at this time.

The RPE would be very happy to continue to cooporate with the CC. A coalition is an excelent proposition. As both of our parties are for cuts in spending and a stronger law-enforcement agency. However, I am worried that a coalition may harm the CC. I have been an opponent to the military for some time, that may harm your corp voting block.
