This AAR will tell you a tale of an empire in decline struggling in midst of succession crisis's, incompetent rulers and strong neighbours. But not all hope is lost, there is still hope but this time it isn't in the west or the east, it is in the south: India.

Follow how Golden Horde tries to conquer all the land and more which once belonged to the largest and most feared empire ever: The Mongolian Empire.

Quite an epic task you've set yourself eh? Maybe if you do that quick enough you can try and conquer all the way up to Germany and Italy, along with North Africa and maybe invade Spain, release Granada and grant it the Iberian regions you had conquered. Of course, there is the option of colonial ventures (not the NI) but a horde settling over an entire ocean seems rather silly.

May I suggest waiting until the Timurids have a sucession crisis before attacking? It also gives you time to consolidate and saves you having to fight Timur the Lame.

EDIT: That is, assuming you don't want to just get military acess through.
