Oh but normal Infantry can administrate whole provinces when they are the same thing?
Paratroopers are Infantry trained to jump from planes (as far as WW2 is concerned) after they landed they became normal infantry units so saying they can't conquer a province when Infantry can makes no sense at all.
The Devs stated very often since HOI-2 that a " Infantry Division " contains also all the Support that Armys have, like logistic transport trucks for example and that was since ever my immersion that i dont only command infantry combat units, but that behind them, are all the guys and girls who support them, who are marching directly behind them and will administrate all the things.
Maybe i misunderstood the system. If you look in the last big thread about transport trucks for HOI4, there were some of these last statements.
But what I really can not understand is how building up garrisons in absolute every game and stacking them every time in absulute the same provinces does have something together with a strategy or something like that. For me it is just boring work.
Well, but that i can not understand this, doesnt mean, that its is bad, everyone has his opinion and I made my statement already so
'I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it"
