Conquering and Anglicizing France

In the Third Crusade Bookmark, England controls half of the land in France. I'd like to play as England, conquer the whole of France, and convert as much of that land to English Culture as possible. Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this?

well, to start, culture flipping is on a MTTH/RNG trigger. so outside of beating up france to *get* the land, the next focus should be on making sure both your stewardship, and the stewardship of those you appoint to holding that land, are high, to increase chances of the culture flipping.
