"Connection Lost" at login screen via Application, Samsung Galaxy Note 22 Ultra

Hi guys,
Hope to have this problem resolved and not have to endure it again. So far, in the 2 most recent updates, my account gets mucked about despite nothing from my end changing.
I went to log in and received "Connection Lost". Changed my password on your website and tried to resend password reset from the application. Gave me an error message. Now, I can login via website but am unable to use the application where I have a paid account and now have lost several days (cumulative) of benefits because your application is not user friendly.

I have removed the application and deleted my cache. I have re installed the game and reset all my passwords and still, "Connection Lost". Advise, fix and remedy. Thanks
