Not absolutely true it did work back when first set up but it was linked through a staffs personal account and when that was removed even a rewrite of the app did not get it going again.

That is not surprising, till now, all hong kong company's apple stuffs (ipad, macbook... etc) are registered under the big boss's secretary (or someone else), Apple do not accept company registered. So, legally, they can take their belongings away when they leave.
