I'm seeing several instances where the values displayed by tooltips are contradictory or incorrect. For example, try to figure out how many reinforcements you'll get in a month.
Mousing over the "your units have suffered casualties" banner tells me that "you are reinforcing 5371 troops each month." Wow! My 17k deficit will be all filled up within just a few months!
Mousing over the manpower indicator says "898 will reach the armies this month". That's a pretty big difference - it'll take over a year and a half at that rate!
Now wait month, and see how much the deficit is reduced by. Sadly, it's neither value. Only 449 troops actually joined my armies.
Similarly, when trying to navigate a peace deal, I note that I only have 26 diplomatic power, and so am limited in what I can request. If I select annexing Adana, which is a war goal, I'm told the deal will cost 20 diplomatic power. However, mousing over the annex Adana option tells me it costs no extra diplomatic power because it's a war goal. Also annexing Erzurum will bring the total deal cost to 40 diplomatic power. Oddly, it still allows me to request this deal, so I go ahead with it. A window pops up explaining the details of the peace deal, again saying it cost me 40 diplomatic power. However, my actual diplomatic power only went down by 20. Presumably the tooltip saying Adana was free was correct, and all the others were incorrect.
While I can often figure out which tooltip to trust after the fact, it makes it pretty confusing to figure out what my options are if I'm being told multiple contradictory things from the various UI elements.
