I'm new here, I'm quite confused and my experience is not great so far.
I bought HoI IV, I play on a Macbook Pro 2017 15in with a Radeo Pro 560 4gig. I play the vanilla version + anniversary something, The game is on Steam The games keep crashing at Random, usually after 30min to 1H of play. It is really annoying. So I sent a message to support.
Which gave me a link to this forum not much more.
- Find out to access basic help info about the game I own I need to create an account...ok
- Create an account
- Then I find out I need to connect my steam account to prove I own the game or something
- Done it
- Now it still doesn't find my game when I sync
I hope I won't upset people here, but getting help is way too complicated, it is tough to find what to do and it doesn't work.
Even the mails you receive when you register doesn't work, for instance in the welcome to the forum mail I get this link to access the helpdesk

Why I can't just simplify find a damn FAQ to see if there is a fix for my issue without having to register to a gazillion things that do not work either!
are you guys trying to make buggy stuff a signature of whatever you produce?
