So after not playing for several month, i tried a new game with the 1.07b patch and without the lasted DLC.

So after playing for 100 years (i'm a duke now in the hre) half of the Hre forms a factione (including me) and revolts.
We lose.. after that the Emperor removes like 5+ title from the duke of saxony... and only gaines Tyranny with that duke.. all other Dukes still love him

1) so you can remove now all title without gaining tyranny with other vassals after a sucessfull faction war?

Shortly after that the Emprore started a war vs Genoa... and his armies fails to engage the Genoa army (which is alot smaller.. like 1/4) for alot of years by constantly moving between the same provinces. (so that bug obviously still isn't fixed)
So after that the duke of saxony forms a new factione to make him Emporer.. he ask the Emporer and the Emporer says: hell yeah, you get my title for free without a fight.. even though we both hate each others.
So the Duke of Saxony is now Emporer and since the former Emporer also was King of Bohemia all other Dukes of the HRE are suddenly part of the Kingdom of Bohemia.. which means 95% of the HRE is now the Kingdom of Bohemia

2) is that a bug or is that intended? in my eyes thats unrealistic and ahistorical

So beeing part of Kingdom of Bohemia i decided to form a big Independece factione and make sure that the Kingdom breaks apard... but wait... it is impossibel to form one.. obviously you cannot form independence factions if you are the vasal of a vasal

3) why??? (with independence in this caese i mean breaking away from the Kingdom but staying inside the HRE)

So since that factione isn't possible the Dukes of the Kindoms will only try to replace the King using factions... but even if you wait for 10 years.. not one will try to breake away from the Kingdom... even though they hate the king

4) wont the Ai declare an "independence war" by using the declare war button anymore because of the factione system?

So i decide to breake away alone by declaring an independence war. And i notice that the King of bohemia (at the same time in a factione war to replace him vs a few small vasalls) fails to raise any decent troops... logging in as King of bohemia i notice that he can only raise 5k out of 29k he could have because the rest of his vasal troops are depleted...

5) do vassal trops have to slowly fill up after joining a Kingdom? or is that a bug because the king of bohemia had the HRE troops (20k+) raised as he gave his title away (Hre troops turned in bohemian troops same moment)

Also i noticed that the kingdom couldn't raise the troops (button greyed out) of one duke because there was a small enemy stack in the dukes capital..

6) you cannot raise vasals troops if there are enemy troops in there capital? so if you Emporer and someone places 10 troops in your Kings capital you cannot raise the xxk troops of your King??

Another thing that happens during the war was: i revolt.. a other duke (who didn't revolt) fights vs 2 of his counts in a factione war... he is my ally... he ask me to join... i join (else i would have lost 100 prestig).. his troops are showed as allies (blue)... i try to join his troops to help him... our troops fight

7) bug?

8) one last questione.. when you raise troops of an vasal... the seem to be twice on the map... 1 time now as your troops.. on the other hand they still in there castle/village/church.. this is normal now? or do i have to reinstall?

Regarding the tyranny hit, I think it might have something to do with the other vassals being thankful for being spared, that is, none of their titles were stripped, etc. Vassals also seem to get an opinion bonus of their liege of he/she puts down a 'big rebellion' or something to that effect, so that could explain why everyone else loves the kaiser.

I'm not sure about many of the others, but, regarding fighting your ally, it seems like it was a bug to allow him to ask you for assistance, as you were fighting his liege (as I understand,) and he would therefore be hostile towards you. Was the request for assistance from before you declared? If so it might just be a bug. I haven't had any problems with levies showing twice, though. I wouldn't reinstall just yet, as someone might be able to offer better assistance than me :)

Hope I helped in some way :)

thnx for the answer..

" I haven't had any problems with levies showing twice, though. I wouldn't reinstall just yet, as someone might be able to offer better assistance than me"

about levies showing twice.. i found that in another thread "Yeah, this changed in 1.07. Levies come out of thin air - men can both fight battles and man the garrisons at the same time! " so obviously this is normal behaviour now

"I'm not sure about many of the others, but, regarding fighting your ally, it seems like it was a bug to allow him to ask you for assistance, as you were fighting his liege (as I understand,) and he would therefore be hostile towards you. Was the request for assistance from before you declared? "

request was a few month after i declared

anyone who can help me with the other questiones?

btw another fun thing is that i had 2 jihads declared on the same kingdom... 1 Jihad did win... and the other Jihad will now continue forever? (at least for over 5 years till now)
