AUS+FRA vs SPA was a pushover really, not balanced.
AUS+SPA vs FRA should really be AUS+SPA+SWE vs FRA+RUS. Russia actually did force big Austrian garnision in east which constantly had to be reinforced so they could have one hadn't Mulli come back.

For first part: People seem to assume I received huge amounts; that's not the case, for example Spain gave me 500d in one war. Of course BB gave me more than that but I still have to mint. Secondly, could you expect otherwise Austria to fight vs France which is about 1.5 times stronger than Austria alone and on top of all together with Spain without any kind of external funding?

Considering how strong Austria is, I'd say she is much stronger than France manpower wise. And can hold her own against both her and Spain.
Mulli, since you are online. I have asked you above if you feel some edit in your favour is appropriate. I feel somewhat guilty since I was the one most strongly arguing for having Hose as a sub for you. I also explicitly instructed him not to waste the money. And then he started building forts.... sigh. I also told him you probably wanted weapon manus but that hde should not start building them early on. Perhaps he started them an hour into the game or so. I don't remember. If so he may be excused.
Anyhow, assess the harm done and ask Tonio for an edit, if you feel like it. Perhaps Tonio accepts.

I see no reason to boost ENG´s LT. They have played their nation as they want AFAIK. How can you even suggest such an edit on the grounds that this will make them able to fight? It is sick. Besides the 30 levels are cheap as we all know.
But I am always generous to nations that are plagued by being AI or being badly subbed, being it ENG or RUS. But the harm done should IMO be somehow proved first. I believe Mulli's claim is to vague so far. You can do better Mulli. You seemed greatly aggravated when you finally got into the game.
Compare with the old save and suggest e.g. that this or that fortress was built by the stupid sub and you want the money back (with interest) and the fortress level lowered.
That the sub went to war with FRA is a fitting punishment for being late I think. That was nothing strange with that, and wars cost money. But if he spent money on things he had been strictly instructed not to do or things you had not planned to invest in, that is something to be edited.

I hate it when a nation has to receive an LT boost in order to be viable, as the player hasnt managed to keep himself up to par and thus does not deserve the boost.In this case though Russia would have been a little bit closer to the others, had manufactories been built at the start of the session, as many as possible.
