CONFIRMED: Unit pack, portrait pack and music pack

Surely beards can't be exclusive to Vikings, right? Riiight?
I mean in Moscovy you'd be pretty much legally obliged to wear a beard, if you wanted people to take you seriously.
The russian portraits weren't too bad (though the women look like drag queens 
), they could have been better but i don't mind them. The Mediterranean portraits are just ugly though, and some of them don't even look human! I remain cautiously optimistic for the norse portraits, because the one they've shown so far doesn't look too bad. (they better have lots of beards. you aren't a viking unless you have a beard. )

This. I liked the Russian pack, but the Mediterranean one was horrible. I'm hoping they learned from their mistakes.
P.S. I have nothing against the artist tho, i just hope he can see that the med. pack was not some of his best work

As something of a Russophile (my first degree was in Russian Studies), I must say I don't mind the Russian portraits. I even like the women. Some of them are complete smoke shows. I go out of my way to marry people to the hot ones, even if their stats are terrible.
But the Mediterranean pack was not great. As I mentioned before, I usually play with it off.
The Norse ones look good, too. And, as mentioned above, beards.

Well look at it this way, they could include it all and force everyone to pay for shields, faces, songs, etc. Or they can release them separately and let people buy what they want. 21 bucks at release for a major expansion isn't bad.
Glad to hear you guys look forward to the Norse Unit Pack.. it's my personal favorite this one, put a lot of heart into making it right and viking-style fierce : )

One question. Does this face pack come with new headgear and/or other things like capes etc. or is that part of the DLC itself?
Quick question which I'm probably the only one interested in getting an answer for: In vanilla CK2 the unit sprites had seperate bodies and heads, enabling the the small differences within culture groups. In contrast, the sprite packs have the units as single models, with the result that all cultures within the same culture group share the exact same sprites. Are we ever going to get a unit pack were the bodies and heads of the sprites are seperated? Norman Heavy Infantry wouldn't really be the same without it's unique helmet.

Not a big surprise, every major DLC came with those.
Except Legacy of Rome, which as I recall, didn't come with a portait pack, because Mediterranean faces weren't awful enough yet at the time to be releasable
