Confirmed delay? No chance at a Q1 release?

So it seems we will be missing a Q1 release afterall, since Johan seems to have twittered it.
At this rate I think we'll get the game this summer or even later since prime release dates are not in the mid-spring area but rather later towards the summer.
I fear that then we might be past a point where they might release it just before christmas to get alot of christmas presents bought. Anyways, is this a real confirmation or does anyone have something thats conflicts with this?

They never said it would come in Q1 in the first place. Thats just what everyone assumed since the beta was originally planned for december, which still didnt start. Once the beta starts it will be around 3-6 monts according to Johan.

Johan clearly said that it is still alpha.

We have not had a target date for the last 9 months. We've only been working towards an approved beta, After that is approved, we get a releasedate 3-6 months later.

Confirmed. Release date depends on the beta now, once it enters beta it will be another 3-6 months. So if it enters beta now, we could get it in Q2-early Q3.

Haha, i really got no time for that, even if i would wish it. Purpose of this thread was to tell, that there aren't any news on Beta/Release yet, just what Johan posted. Everytime i find something interesting from Johan on Twitter or other stuff, i usually post it here to share it with you, just like my "Johan, King of Lybia" thread.

The next time i find something about HOI 4 on Twitter or the Internet, i will not share it with the community. That's a promise!

Edit: Acutally i wanted to post a link concerning news on HOI4 here today, but i think i keep it to myself now, to not "spam" you all!

I believe that the devs are close to a beta now, because of the lack of any interactions from them recently. They are probably working hard as hell for the approved beta! Maybe in the dev diary we will get information about it
