Will Paradox be releasing an update for all PDS games that feature any confederate flags to remove such flags given the recent events in the United States?

I can see it now, in Victoria 2 the CSA won't have the CSA flag.
This is never going to happen.
And we want to see more of this sort of thing?Germany doesn't have it's historical 1933 to 1945 flag...

Paradox - Please don't even consider this. I'm tired of all the leftist politics making its way into my video games. What Apple did today was outrageous and I am switching to Android (not that much better a choice, but they have less controls and wouldn't be able to do the same) as a result - please don't make me have to stop playing Paradox games too!

Actually it was neither of these things. Apple pulled those apps because racists were promoting them as some kind of fightback against the removal of that flag from the SC legislature. I would presume they will allow them back in a measured way when things calm down. It's not leftist. It's just a knee-jerk/lazy reaction. Apple (and many other companies) don't really care about the issue, so they just do a blanket ban, get the positive publicity and leave. Five minutes of thinking would exclude half of the apps due to historical reasons (would be the case for Victoria 2), but that's just not how it works in a big company like that.
Excellent, this is what I was hoping to hearThe answer ... is a solid "no"
Not just that but it also represented a way of life for some people who lived in the Old South, a flag of Southern pride and culture. You have to respect that. The flag has a different meanings to everyone. But true enough, it belongs in history books now.The Confederate battle flag, although a symbol of racism and hate, ought to be preserved for historical purposes and as respect for those who died for the Confederate cause.
Although I obviously view the flag as something different, I do have respect for their views of the flag. However, my respect goes to those who view it as a symbol of the South, and not it's racist past. Not just that but it also represented a way of life for some people who lived in the Old South, a flag of Southern pride and culture.
