Conditions for Imperial Ban anyone?

The HRE has to have passed the first reform, reichsreform, then the EMp gets this against any non-HRE members who own HRE provinces.
It's all in common/cb-types.txt BTW, and there's a CB guide in the info post stickied at the top of the forum.

HAs anyone actually used this? I fulfull the conditions, being the emperor and having passed all but the last to reforms, and both france a hungary occupie land inside the holy empire. However, I have not got the option to make an imperial ban:wacko:
Oh, seems it's bugged. The CB looks for the flag hre_Reichsreform while the flag is actually called Reichsreform. If you open up cb_types, find imperial ban and just remove the "hre_" in has_global_flag = "hre_reichsreform" it'll work.
