I have recently installed the AGCEEP lates version. After a test game with ENG let me deliver huge congratulations to all who contributed to the (finally reallly historical !!! - especially in the case of HUN 
) event system. Being a true EU fanatic I decided to study in depth these events but - lacking much free time (work+wife+2 children...) - I have lost the fairly complicated structure at a point.
As a member of the Hungarian Clan, which has regular (cca. once a month)LAN sessions, I was eager to see how AGCEEP deals with one of our greatest MP country setup problem: how to prevent FRA from becoming a superpower by the end of 15th century (we have not been able to solve that so, in the last 2 setup we simply left FRA out - although SPA and ENG human players always annexed FRA.AI...)
After a test game with ENG, I tend to say that AGCEEP invented a great solution to the above mentioned situation by
- new events especially which enable BUR and DAU to become FRA
- FRA not selectable for human players in 1419
- new territorial setup of the French soil
So, could anyone please help me and describe the exact conditions how BUR and DAU can become FRA?

P.S.: In the very near future I may go (broadband) online, so I really plan to participiate / or organize an MP game (with at least 8 players) with AGCEEP
