[conclave] request money (from pope) button keep disappearing

Every time when i right click on pope portrait in religion tab (right click him directly on his demesne doesn't seem to cause this.) the "request money" button will permanently disappear from the option (re launch the game does fix this however).

That's strange... I'm unable to reproduce this though, do you have any exact repro steps I could follow?
