Good morning. I could be wrong, but I think the following may be bugs with CONCLAVE and the new patch:
I am playing a game in Ireland (Petty King of Meath). My ruler ascended the throne at 7 years old. I was able to initiate and win two tributary wars with my council's approval. Shortly thereafter, at age 13, I fabricated a claim but the option to declare war was unavailable. I then tried to start another tributary war against a different county, was not allowed. In both cases the tool tip popup said I had met all requirements to declare war, but the option was greyed out. I had plenty of gold. I know there are some odd rules with regencies, but why was I not allowed to declare war at 13 when I was able to do so at age 7?
Thanks for any answers you may have.
