It seems to me that children don't always get even one of the trait you educate them for and when you tutor them personnally there are events that does the opposite of the choices you make. (Like the one with pride and anger about the kid cleaning his room)
Also i think you should automate stuff like unrelevant caracter marriages and education. Or at least give an option to do so because before we selected a tutor to those children and engage them but now we have to deal with their education to. Not that i don't like that i just feel like i have to manage everybodies life
