~I have just realised that I have been desiring the random song option since the very beginning of CK2!
Love you guys!
- An option to ignore the music scripts and play all songs randomly (Christmas carols all year long!)
I want that now

I have been waiting so long for this. Thank you! Next up, let us randomize the art that appears while the game is loading! It would be nice to see the old pictures again (the game loads too fast for me to see anything other than the most recent DLC background). I miss those trebuchets at night!![]()
So long as blackmail is punishable. It get really annoying in Way of Life to be kidnapped by a vassal, ransomed with no recourse without invoking tyranny.
Would a faction like CK2's "Liege Loyalists" be viable? It really annoys me at times how the only reason vassals form factions is to screw the ruler over, whereas in history we've examples of groups of vassals actually uniting to strengthen their ruler? For example families that had their daughters married to a King tended to be fiercely loyal to said regime which is not properly represented with current factions.

As if fighting off two or three rebellions with each of my rulers is not enough.A new faction that can unite vassals against tyrannical rulers, change succession law and put the most liked (or the least disliked) vassal on the throne
How are you managing that?As if fighting off two or three rebellions with each of my rulers is not enough.
Don't know what I am doing wrong. Even with a ruler with 17 diplomacy my vassals decided to rebel for increased council power during the first three years of his reign. Sending gifts is worthless these days as It does not give a high opinion boost. If you are lucky they will not decide to rebel during the standard three first years during your reign when your council is discontent. After that you can put your strongest vassals in your council. For the rest I just save money waiting for the next rebellion. How are you managing that?

P.S: I meant two or three rebellions during his lifetime, not simultaneously.

Not during the first three years of your reign. The council will as standard be discontent during these three years and you can only hope that your spymaster and chancellor can keep them from rebelling. If you place vassals that have the "strong vassal " modifier (it's a red/orange fist) on your council it should stop any major rebellions from forming.
